Salam all, Due to some changes on the tentative program and some other matters, in order for us to coordinate and collaborate a few things, the wrap up meeting will be held as below: Date : 20 March 2010 (Saturday) Agenda:

All Head Bureaus,
Kindly be informed that all the head bureaus need to submit the progress report by this Thursday (18.3.2010) before wrap up meeting this Saturday (20.3.2010).
Herewith attached is the update information about our event including the details on ICT WEEK and please make it available (print/hard copy) to each bureau members as guidance and reference.
It would be appreciated if all head bureaus could submit the Checklist of Event Before, During and After event so we could the if we are still on track. Please email the progress report at this email address [zera_kyra@hotmail.com].
